Whenever I try to play online I get the following pop-up message:
"Serial Number is Invalid, please try another" (as a side note their is no option to enter a new key - it's just an alert box)
I have already contacted two EA advisors over this matter - and the last one promised that they would escalate the issue and have their Game Specialist contact me via email. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.
If someone could either put me in touch with a specialist or resolve this issue I would be most grateful.
