The game can not start. This game has been installed on too many computers.

Hi,

I tried installing Red Alert 3 after quite some time. I get the following error:

The game can not start. This game has been installed too many times....

Now I understand why this is happening, but how can it be remedied? I tried using the help centre, but keeps on having to enter the game title, and when it does display proposed solutions, it is no where near my actual problem.
